I wanted to share a picture of a meal that I recently made.  All but the green beans (obtained from a friend's farm) came from the Cherry Valley CSA.  On the plate is Alaskan Salmon with Lemon Thyme; Roasted Red & Purple Potatoes with Thyme; Cabbage Slaw; and Sauteed Green Beans with Spring Garlic.  Thanks Heidi & Mother Nature!
